Bruce Tanski Construction is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced construction and property management environment. Candidate must have a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls
· Running business errands in surrounding areas
· Assistant in transportation of executive team members
· Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner
· Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
· Perform data entry and maintain office records
· Support scheduling and calendar management for ownership
· Assist with accounts payable/receivable paperwork as needed
· Order and maintain office supplies
· Support management team with general administrative tasks
· Maintain confidentiality of company information
Qualifications
· Previous office or administrative experience preferred
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Clean driving record with dependable transportation
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to multitask and work independently
· Professional attitude and appearance
