Office Assistant / Office Manager
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

We’re looking for an organized, upbeat Office Assistant/Office Manager to join our family‑run business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and can juggle several tasks at once.
What you’ll do
- Greet and check in customers in person and by phone with a positive, professional attitude
- Handle payments accurately and securely
- Navigate and multitask across several software platforms
- Enter and check in parts with strong attention to detail
- Support daily operations to keep the office running smoothly
What we’re looking for
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems
- CCC One experience is a plus
- Body shop experience is a plus
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused
- A team player who enjoys a friendly, family‑oriented environment
