The Role:
- Strengthen existing relationships with physicians and healthcare partners to maintain trust and support continued collaboration.
- Represent home health services through consistent, professional outreach and compassionate communication in the community.
- Support continued growth by reinforcing the organization’s strong reputation as a trusted hospice provider.
- Maintain and expand referral activity through regular engagement with physicians, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and social workers.
- Guide patients and families through home health services and the consent process with empathy, clarity, and respect, ensuring a seamless experience.
Required Competencies:
- Experience in sales/marketing in Home Health required.
- Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to ensure thorough understanding of Hospice services.
- Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
