What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Domus Search?
I am working on behalf of one of Florida's largest and most established Private Duty Home Care providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources throughout the Tampa and Clearwater markets.
- Generate Private Duty Home Care referrals from hospitals, senior living communities, healthcare professionals, case managers, discharge planners and other community partners.
- Build a strong presence within the local healthcare community through networking events, meetings and educational opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to increase market share across the territory.
- Maintain regular contact with referral partners to ensure long-term relationships are established and nurtured.
- Achieve growth targets with an expectation of reaching approximately 7-8 starts of care per month by month six.
- Work closely with operational and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral through to admission.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Operations team whilst managing your own diary and territory autonomously.
Requirements:
- Previous healthcare sales experience within Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Senior Living or a related healthcare sector.
- Clinical background would be highly advantageous.
- Existing book of business within in Tampa or Clearwater.
- Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships.
- Self-motivated, competitive and driven personality.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Understanding of the Private Duty Home Care market would be beneficial.
Benefits:
- Base salary of $70,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- Typical additional earnings of $15,000 - $30,000 annually, with top performers earning significantly more.
