The role:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the Home Health services across Miami-Dade County
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients
- Create compelling marketing collateral and digital content to showcase our commitment to exceptional care
- Plan and coordinate community events to raise awareness and engagement with our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the company's mission and values
Required competencies:
- Book of business in Miami-Dade, Florida
- Home Health Care experience ideally
- Can consider Hospice, Home Care, Facility experience
- Confident
- Self-driven
- Proven track record of high performance
