The role:
- To identify areas to grow the business in Region 9 β Palm Beach, Martin, St Lucie, and Indian River County
- Winning business
- Work in synergy with the Intake team
- Hit and exceed quota
- Build relationships with physicians, case managers, hospitals, etc.
Required competencies:
- Home Health/Home Care experience
- Have a book of business in ideally Palm Beach County, if not, anywhere in Region 9
- Proven track record of bringing in referrals
- Self-motivated
- Empathy
