Role DescriptionDoubleLock USA and STiER Security Seals are seeking Account Executives to support B2B growth across freight and logistics, transportation, commercial rental, construction, portable storage, marine, industrial, and related markets.
Depending on experience and availability, both full-time and part-time roles may be considered.
The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing qualified leads, building relationships with customers and channel partners, and helping drive revenue growth across locks, security seals, and related physical security solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, relationship-building, consultative selling, and working in a growing company where initiative matters. The right candidate will be comfortable using modern sales tools, including CRM platforms, LinkedIn, AI tools, email outreach, and market research resources to identify opportunities and move prospects through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across assigned industries and verticals.
- Build relationships with customers in logistics, transportation, rental, construction, storage, industrial, and related markets.
- Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, trade groups, industry lists, referrals, and CRM-driven campaigns.
- Present DoubleLock and STiER products as practical solutions to customer security, theft prevention, compliance, and operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, notes, tasks, and opportunities in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to support campaigns, customer follow-up, samples, quotes, and fulfillment.
- Support trade show follow-up, association outreach, distributor conversations, and strategic account development.
- Negotiate pricing, programs, and terms within company guidelines.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
- Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitive products, pricing, and new product opportunities.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable prospecting, following up, and building relationships with new contacts.
- Ability to use CRM tools, LinkedIn, AI tools, email platforms, and online research to support sales activity.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-through.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience in freight, logistics, transportation, commercial rental, construction, industrial supply, portable storage, marine, security, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who likes building something, not just maintaining something. You are comfortable making the first call, asking smart questions, learning a technical product category, and helping customers understand how better locks, seals, and security programs can reduce risk, prevent loss, and improve accountability.
You do not need to know every product on day one — but you do need curiosity, discipline, follow-up, and a willingness to learn.
