My client is a well-established Home Health agency providing both Medicare and Private Duty services in SE Florida. This opportunity is focused primarily on driving Medicare admissions throughout Palm Beach and Broward County.

The role:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow Medicare admissions
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referral sources, hospitals, SNFs, and community partners
- Generate referrals and drive admissions growth across Palm Beach and Broward County
- Work autonomously within your territory while collaborating with the wider team
- Attend networking events and meetings within the healthcare community
- Coordinate with the intake and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions processes
- Represent the company professionally within the local healthcare market
Required competencies:
- Existing book of business within Palm Beach or Broward County preferred
- Minimum two years’ experience within the Home Health sector as a Marketer/Account Executive
- Strong understanding of Medicare Home Health
- Hunter mentality with the ability to generate and convert referrals
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Team-oriented approach with respect for office and clinical staff
