We’re looking for a talented Digital Designer who brings creativity and precision to every project. You will support clients in various industries across graphic design, web, and social platforms.

Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients, collaborators, and production partners to deliver top-tier work.
- Collaborate effectively with strategic partners, developers, and video producers to deliver aligned and successful project outcomes.
- Partner with our creative director and team to deliver branding, packaging, advertising, social media, sustainability reports, and motion/video graphics solutions.
- Showcase refined UI design skills and create intuitive UX experiences.
- Apply your expertise to create websites on WordPress and Wix, build web apps, and produce dynamic content and graphics, leveraging AI tools.
- Regularly update and refine client websites to ensure optimal design and functionality.
- Stay curious about new design tech, motion graphics, and AI tools. Share your knowledge with the team.
- Utilize project management software and systems in a cross-functional team environment daily.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ideally based in Denver or the surrounding areas, although remote work is currently in place.
- 3-5 years of design experience with exceptional work samples.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Figma.
- Video editing and videography production experience are significant pluses.
- Develop and refine effective prompts for generative AI to quickly create and iterate on visual concepts.
- Experience in brand identity, packaging, digital, and omnichannel advertising campaigns.
- Experience in mobile-responsive web design and knowledge of WCAG for compliance.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems, especially WordPress.
- Strong communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google apps.
- Position available as a freelance/part-time role, with potential for full-time.
