This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position and not W-2 or salary based. We are seeking a highly-motivated, positive, and results-driven Account Executive to join our unique and dynamic origination team at Dominant Capital. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective sales, origination of new business, relationship building, and account management. This position requires an understanding of finance and sales, patience and willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively with all clients through current tech platforms to meet their needs. You will be learning all aspects of structured finance and how to be creative to provide immediate solutions to a variety of challenges that most others would be unable to resolve. You will have access to your own processor who will quickly process all new business for you.

Duties
- Identify, pursue, originate, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients;
- Ability to confidently sell the company’s services, diverse capabilities, and successful track record to secure clients and originate new business for the company;
- Pre-screen all new business and conduct and gather all third-party reports, including but not limited to, background checks and determining creditworthiness of each client;
- Utilize forms and software for new data entry, tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics;
- Complete and collect all applicable documentation required by the company from clients and package them for submission to processing and underwriting;
- Ensure all clients remain constantly compliant with the company’s requirements to successfully perform all services;
- Work with the processing and underwriting teams to analyze, process, and underwrite all applicable documentation and all files;
- Work directly with the CEO to successfully complete and provide all customized services, financial solutions, consultations, and action plans for each Client;
- Consistently follow up with clients by email, text, and phone to ensure the company maintains ongoing communication with each client regarding updates to their file;
- Manage accounts post-sale to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
Experience
- Understanding and proven experience of finance and sales;
- Patience and willingness to learn;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all clients through current tech platforms to meet their needs;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures;
- Some experience in business development and account management;
- Analytical and assessing skills;
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving team success and achieving sales targets.
