We are a distinctive national financial services firm with a diverse track record of customized solutions. You will be crucial in driving business growth through sales, origination, and relationship building. You will learn all aspects of structured finance, finding creative, immediate solutions others cannot.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position—not W-2 or salary-based.
Key Responsibilities
Origination: Identify, pursue, and secure new business by confidently selling our services and capabilities.
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships post-sale for ongoing satisfaction and retention.
File Management: Pre-screen all new business (including background and credit checks), gather all required documentation, and package files for processing and underwriting.
Collaboration: Work directly with the CEO and processing/underwriting teams to customize financial solutions for each client.
Compliance: Ensure all clients remain compliant with company requirements throughout the process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven understanding and experience in finance and sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Patience and a strong willingness to learn complex structured finance.
Ability to communicate effectively with all clients through current tech platforms.
Analytical and assessing skills.
