What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager position at Domestic Uniform Rental?
We are looking for a candidate with industry experience who can prospect and close sales leads to help generate new revenue sources for the company. They will have strong recruiting, management, and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Support the learning and development of the sales and service teams in our Richmond, Virginia Beach, and Raleigh markets.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Qualifications
- Experience managing sales teams and working with an existing sales database
- Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The position can be based out of Raliegh North Carolina, Virginia Beach, Virginia, or Richmond, Virginia. Travel to all Service Centers is required weekly.
