Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing and mentoring sales teams, developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also oversee sales operations within the assigned region, provide regular performance reporting, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, or a similar role
- Strong skills in relationship-building, client management, and customer service
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets
- Proficiency in team leadership, mentorship, and building high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in the commercial textiles or facility management industry is a plus
