Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Service Manager located in Brecksville, OH. The District Service Manager will oversee day-to-day service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate with service teams, and manage schedules and performance. Responsibilities include training and supervising team members, conducting performance evaluations, addressing customer concerns, and implementing operational improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
