Accountant/Office Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic Accountant/Office Manager to join our growing team here at Domestic Uniform Rental, where we have been providing the industry's best service to our customers for over 90 years
Responsibilities:
- Assist Controller in the daily corporate office operations
- Prepare payroll related multi state tax filings.
- Train and coach office staff and delegate assignments to ensure maximum productivity
- Work with Controller to ensure a clean and timely year end audit
- Purchase office supplies and maintain proper stock levels
- Support Controller with special projects as needed
- Manage corporate office logistics

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field REQUIRED
- Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be a self-starter and driven
