Role Overview
This is an independent contractor role where you will operate a DOME Laundry company-owned location. You will manage daily operations, lead a small team, oversee delivery routes, and ensure your facility meets brand standards. You will have autonomy in running the location while following proven systems designed for consistency, quality, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily facility operations
- Lead, motivate, and supervise attendants
- Oversee pickup and delivery logistics
- Maintain DOME Laundry quality and cleanliness standards
- Handle customer issues and ensure high satisfaction
- Ensure operational excellence and timely service
- Follow established brand systems, workflows, and reporting processes
- Own the performance and success of your assigned location
Compensation
As an independent contractor, your earnings are based on the number of customers you serve and the performance of your location. Weekly payouts, performance incentives, and growth-based earning potential are available as your customer base expands.
Requirements
- Proven management or leadership experience
- Reliable vehicle for route oversight
- Smartphone with app capability
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
- Background check required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Preferred: Experience in delivery, logistics, or service-based operations
- Bonus: Experience running a small business or leading a team
