Job Description Summary -To manage operational tasks/activities and develop P&O processes aligned with global P&O strategy, principles and guidelines to a dedicated client group, supporting the implementation of processes/ services /continuous improvement in scope. -To lead the PS&S Services teams for countries in scope H33 Job Description Major accountabilities: Drive and support the implementation of new PS&S Services model for countries in scope. Ensure the operational conversion of the PS&S Services and P&O strategic goals within a dedicated client group. Coordinate and support processes and standards for all PS&S aspects (e.g.services, processes, continuous improvement) in close cooperation with the respective workstreams. Manage the delivery of services and processes to customers/users and conduct assessments of processes to identify areas of improvement and define solutions that deliver business value. Contract and set expectations with Unit P&O / others as relevant on what services PS&S Services will provide and ensure that roles and responsibilities for processes end-to-end are clearly defined and understood. Support periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives. Deliver and present key data to supervisor and provide advice and support in data analysis and evaluation Provide support for coaching the organization on P&O processes related to PS&T Services e.g. global standards, efficiency, Tier 0. Support / participate in budget planning discussions, SLA process. Supervise the performance and talent development of the team. Participate in, or lead PS&S Services Projects at country or BU level. Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Key performance indicators: Financial KPIs; Balanced budget (operational costs, FTE) Customer related KPIs; Quality of services provided in line with defined SLAs, recognized customer value Process related KPIs; Fully documented, standardized, measured and analyzed processes, execution of project plans Team related KPIs Retention; engagement score (Glint); skills matrix fulfillment Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field Work Experience: Cross Cultural Experience Functional Breadth Project Management Representing the organization Skills: Adverse Event Reporting.
