We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Fleet Services Administrative Clerk to support our vehicle registration, titling, and delivery processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with DMV regulations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth fleet operations.
Wage: 18.00/hr
Job Responsibilities
MSO CONTROL
Account for MSOs received.
Ensuring MSOs received are for correct location and are reassigned correctly
REGISTRATION OPERATIONS
Processing registration work on DMV terminal
Reporting and paperwork compliance with state DMV
Organizing, packaging, and filing license plates
Create plate assets in Fleet System
Scan registration documents into Filenet
Registration and titling duties assigned by manager
VEHICLE DELIVERY
Account for bills of lading received
Pull license plates from filing cabinets
Complete vehicle install in Fleet System and print key tag
Ensure license plates for maintenance are organized by vehicle location
Scan bills of lading into Filenet
PROBLEM SOLVING
Communicate issues to supervisor promptly
Resolve issues that occur during registration and receipt of plates/registration documents.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Self – motivated
- Team supportive partner
- Follow directions and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Solid computer skills – Microsoft Suite products, willing to learn new systems
- Ability to work overtime as required
- High School Diploma / GED
