LPN Opportunity – Concord, NH 03301 (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Job Type: Full-Time | Contract
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / Travel LPN)
Contract Length: 14-16 Weeks

Location & Job Details – Concord, NH 03301
Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 to 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $40/hr to $50/hr
Roles & Responsibilities
· Provide direct nursing care according to individual patient/resident care plans
· Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
· Monitor, assess, and document patient/resident conditions
· Assist with wound care, treatments, and coordination of nursing tasks
· Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, families, and facility staff
· Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility, state, and federal guidelines
· Promote a safe and high-quality care environment
Requirements
· Active LPN license in New Hampshire/Compact License
· Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (LTC/SNF preferred)
· Must be reliable, professional, and able to work consistently
· Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
