Job description
- Provide direct patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions.
- Report changes to the RN or provider.
- Perform wound care and nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
Requirements
- License: Active Alaska LPN license in good standing — required
- Education: Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required; LTC/SNF or hospital experience preferred
- Certifications: Current BLS CPR/BCLS required
- IV Certification: Required
- COVID-19: Completed COVID vaccination required for all travelers
- EMR: Cerner experience
