In this leadership role, you’ll oversee all warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping and receiving, team leadership, and food safety compliance. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced operations leader who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is passionate about continuous improvement, sustainability, and people development. What You'll Do:
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, space utilization, and equipment safety
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to drive productivity, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and waste reduction initiatives
- Coordinate staffing levels, including overtime, to meet changing operational demands
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, FSQ, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to support business initiatives
- Monitor and audit warehouse vendor invoices and maintain accurate operational records
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7 years of operations or warehouse leadership experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance, and operational compliance
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain optimization tools
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching, accountability, and team development
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
