Responsibilities

• Install underground dog fence systems, including wiring, boundary flags, and control units, following detailed specifications and safety standards
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement and ensure system functionality
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing pet containment systems to ensure long-term performance
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as drills, saws, and welding tools to complete installations efficiently
• Lift heavy materials and equipment safely during installation processes, adhering to proper lifting techniques
• Communicate clearly with pet owners to explain system operation, maintenance procedures, and safety guidelines
• Document installation details, service visits, and repairs accurately for record keeping and future reference

Skills

• Experience with construction-related tasks such as framing, concrete forming, masonry, or landscape maintenance is highly beneficial
• Proficiency with carpentry, hardscape installation, or concrete finishing enhances your ability to handle diverse job site requirements
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in outdoor environments
• Knowledge of welding or assembly techniques can support complex system setups or repairs
• Physical strength for heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Construction site experience provides a strong foundation for managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with landscape or hardscape projects helps in integrating fencing systems seamlessly into outdoor spaces
