Job Summary: The Marketing Operations Specialist is an execution-focused role that supports Dodge® Industrial's marketing operations through hands-on ownership of marketing automation assets and digital execution. This position is responsible for the design, maintenance, and continuous testing of email templates, forms, and landing pages within our marketing automation platform, as well as ongoing support of the company website, ensuring shared assets are optimized and consistently available to the broader marketing team. The role owns general marketing email builds and leads Dodge's social media presence — strategy, content scheduling, and posting — in collaboration with product communications and product management. The ideal candidate brings strong marketing automation experience, sharp attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset — staying current on platform features and broader marketing technology trends to strengthen what they own.


Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Platform Infrastructure

  • Own the design, maintenance, and continuous testing of core marketing assets within HubSpot — including email templates, forms, and landing pages — as well as select execution within WordPress.
  • Ensure shared assets are optimized and on-brand and actively enable the broader marketing team to leverage those templates and tools effectively in their own execution.
  • Adhere to and uphold established data quality standards across HubSpot assets, ensuring consistency and integrity from the point of entry.

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Lead Dodge's social media presence end-to-end — developing the strategy, maintaining an organized content calendar, and owning scheduling and posting across channels.
  • Collaborate closely with product communications and product management to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment before publishing.

Audience & List Management

  • Own the building and maintenance of segmentation lists, ensuring audiences are accurately defined, up to date, and structured to support targeted campaign execution.
  • Think critically about how audience data is organized to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.

Marketing Technology & Platform Expansion

  • Evaluate and recommend adjacent marketing technologies that extend the core stack — identifying tools and integrations that improve efficiency, expand capability, or fill gaps in the current martech environment.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including building emails, managing social media, segmentation lists, and workflow fundamentals.
  • Experience with digital marketing performance testing and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, landing page optimization, and digital campaign execution.
  • Working knowledge of marketing KPIs and how digital execution connects to broader revenue goals.
  • Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in Adobe CC is a plus.


Physical Demands:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a workstation.
  • Speaking in person and over the telephone or Teams online, and the ability to hear, comprehend, and document detailed information from others.
  • Ability to type, reach, and grasp.
  • Intermittent standing and walking within the office environment.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing for extended periods over the phone and in person.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot email templates, forms, and landing pages to ensure they are current, optimized, and accessible to the marketing team.
  • Conduct regular performance testing on HubSpot assets and apply findings to improve effectiveness.
  • Build and deploy general marketing emails within HubSpot in alignment with campaign schedules and marketing operations standards.
  • Uphold data quality standards across HubSpot assets and audience lists.
  • Build, maintain, and refine audience segmentation lists to support targeted campaign delivery.
  • Develop and manage Dodge's social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and organized scheduling across channels.
  • Write, review, and publish social media posts in collaboration with product communications and product management.
  • Execute select digital marketing tasks within WordPress as needed.
  • Stay current on HubSpot platform updates, new features, and broader digital marketing trends and apply relevant insights to day-to-day work.
