Job Summary: Dodge Industrial is seeking a Co-Ops for our Engineering and Product Management departments for Summer '26, Fall ' 26 and Spring '27.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a foundation of product knowledge through hands on training and visiting our manufacturing facilities.
- Provide product selection and installation support and find creative solutions to customer issues.
- Assist with product development projects for all product groups.
- Collaborate with engineers on relevant and skill level appropriate projects.
- Engage in Lean continuous improvement projects focused on engineering processes and product design.
- Collaborate with application engineers focusing on product performance.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited university in the United States.
- Must be currently authorized to work for Dodge Industrial in the US.
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
- Collaborates well with others and is a good team player.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for new and changing ideas.
- Familiar with MS Office and SolidWorks.
- Ability to adapt and multi-task based on departmental needs.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Speak and present in person to individuals and small groups.
- Extended periods of sitting at a workstation.
- Intermittent standing and walking within the office environment.
- Hosting and travel are required for meetings, conferences, or customer visits.
- Office attendance is a requirement of the role.
