What You’ll Do

We are looking for a highly skilled and partner-focused Sales Engineer to join our Global Supply, Identity, Data & Partnerships team. This role sits at the intersection of strategic account management, technical integrations, programmatic operations, and partner success.


You will work closely with publishers, SSPs, identity partners, point-of-care platforms, data providers, and strategic ecosystem partners to drive onboarding, integrations, operational excellence, inventory quality, and long-term partnership growth across Doceree’s global marketplace.


This role reports into the Technical Account Management function and will play a critical role in scaling Doceree’s supply-side infrastructure and partner ecosystem.


Strategic Partner Management & Growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic publishers, SSPs, identity providers, data partners, and point-of-care networks
  • Act as a trusted technical and operational advisor for partners across onboarding, optimization, troubleshooting, and growth initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to expand partner adoption, inventory coverage, data collaboration, and platform utilization
  • Drive partner engagement through regular business and technical reviews


Technical Onboarding & Integrations

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and integration efforts for publishers and ecosystem partners, including:
  • SSP integrations
  • API integrations
  • Identity and audience enablement
  • Tagging and ad-serving implementation
  • Supply onboarding and inventory mapping
  • Data and measurement integrations
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless partner activation and successful launches
  • Validate implementation quality and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms and environments


Supply, Identity & Inventory Quality Operations

  • Support and optimize Doceree’s global supply ecosystem across web, mobile, app, EHR, and point-of-care environments
  • Monitor inventory quality, traffic integrity, ad quality, and operational performance across partners
  • Partner with internal Quality, Product, and Operations teams to identify and resolve supply-side issues proactively
  • Help maintain and improve standards around identity resolution, targeting readiness, inventory transparency, and marketplace quality


Technical Support & Optimization

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned partners
  • Investigate and resolve technical, operational, and delivery-related issues with urgency and accountability
  • Analyze platform performance, bidstream quality, and partner health metrics to recommend optimizations
  • Coordinate cross-functional escalations involving Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams


Solution Enablement & Collaboration

  • Conduct technical walkthroughs, platform demos, and enablement sessions tailored to partner needs
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-oriented communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to align on strategic initiatives and partner requirements
  • Provide structured feedback and market insights to help shape future platform capabilities and partnership strategy


Who You Are

  • 5–8 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, Publisher Operations, Partner Solutions, or similar client-facing technical roles within AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, Healthcare Media, or Digital Media
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, ad serving, bidstream mechanics, identity solutions, APIs, and publisher monetization workflows
  • Experience managing technical and operational relationships with publishers, data providers, identity partners, or point-of-care networks
  • Comfortable navigating both strategic relationship management and hands-on technical troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with inventory quality, supply-path optimization, identity frameworks, and advertising operations, best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality
