Formula 1 racing is coming to Miami and DO & CO are excited to be there in full force to create an incredible experience for all our VIP guests.

Are you looking for a new culinary role? Are you looking to work at the most exciting event of the year in the country? Somewhere that you can take your passion for cooking and develop yourself to a new level? Do you want to rub shoulders with VIP’s, work with a team with the same philosophies as you and be right in the middle of one of those ‘you had to be there’ experiences?

Well then, a role with DO & CO in the Formula 1 VIP Area (Paddock Club) is the only place you need to apply!

A day as our Pastry Cook:

- Supporting the kitchen teams with mise-en-place

- Working in different sections of the pastry kitchen

- Partnering with experienced chefs to help develop your culinary skills

- Using the best quality ingredients to help produce our fresh, quality pastry and dessert.

- Ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard of hygiene

What’s essential for us?

Must be fully flexible from Wednesday 30th April to Sunday 4th May

- Team player! You won’t be able to achieve success without this!

- A passion to learn more – we’re passionate about training so we want you to be too!

- Good level of knife skills

- Excellent communication skills – a kitchen can’t survive without this!

- Not intimidated by high volume environments! We’re busy places, but you can learn so much!

- Hard working attitude

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Experience:

  • professional Pastry kitchen: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

What to wear

Business casual (dress pants/skirt, button down/blouse, optional tie)

How to attend

Please do not be late! You will be required to stay for the full 2 hour session of your choice.

On arrival, please wait at the security entrance located at the address mentioned and one of the team will meet you there.

Limited parking is available on-site / please ensure you have other options for parking.
