Formula 1 racing is coming to Miami and DO & CO are excited to be there in full force to create an incredible experience for all our VIP guests.

Well then, a role with DO & CO in the Formula 1 VIP Area (Paddock Club) is the only place you need to apply!

A day as our Cook / Line Cook:

• Supporting the kitchen teams with mise-en-place
• Working in different sections of a busy kitchen
• Partnering with experienced chefs to help develop your culinary skills
• Using the best quality ingredients to help produce our fresh, quality food
• Ensuring the kitchen is kept to a high standard of hygiene
  
  

What’s essential for us?

• Must be fully flexible from Wednesday 30th April to Sunday 4th May
• Team player! You won’t be able to achieve success without this!
• A passion to learn more – we’re passionate about training so we want you to be too!
• Good level of knife skills
• Excellent communication skills – a kitchen can’t survive without this!
• Not intimidated by high volume environments! We’re busy places, but you can learn so much!
