Do It Right Cleaning is hiring an Apartment Turnover Crew Leader to lead a small team preparing apartments for new residents.
Since 2014, we’ve completed over 2,500 apartment turnovers in the New River Valley.
Pay
- $22 – $24/hour
- $5 per apartment completed
- High earning potential during peak weeks
Your hours and production are tracked—you are paid accurately and on time every pay period.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a 3-person cleaning crew
- Work alongside your team
- Maintain quality, speed, and organization
- Complete final walkthroughs

The Work
Apartment turnovers include kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and detail cleaning.
All supplies and equipment are provided.
Schedule
Late May / early June through summer.
Fast-paced, high-output work with strong earning potential.
