Do It Right Cleaning is hiring an Apartment Turnover Crew Leader to lead a small team preparing apartments for new residents during the summer turnover season in Blacksburg.
Since 2014, our company has completed over 2,500 apartment turnovers in the New River Valley.
This position works alongside the crew while helping keep the team organized and ensuring apartments are cleaned to our standards.
Pay
- $22 – $24 per hour base pay
- $5 per apartment completed
- High earning potential during turnover season
Responsibilities
- Lead a 3-person apartment turnover cleaning crew
- Help maintain cleaning quality and efficiency
- Perform general cleaning tasks alongside the team
- Final walkthrough inspections before units are completed
Requirements
- Your own reliable vehicle not someone else's
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lead a small team
- Comfortable with physical work
Schedule
Work begins late May / early June and continues through the summer turnover season.
Limited preparation hours may be available before the season begins.
