Do It Right Cleaning is hiring a Working Janitorial Supervisor (Site Lead) to oversee and support a team at a large commercial facility.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will clean alongside your team while ensuring quality, accountability, and consistency.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Occasional weekends (as needed)
Pay & Benefits
- $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
- Holiday pay starting Day 1
- Paid Time Off after 90 days

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily janitorial cleaning (offices, restrooms, common areas)
- Lead, train, and support cleaning staff
- Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards
- Address issues and correct performance in real time
- Communicate with management regarding site needs
Qualifications
- Previous supervisor or leadership experience
- (janitorial, commercial cleaning, hospitality, or facilities preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physical work (standing, bending, lifting)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must live within 30 miles of Christiansburg/Blacksburg
