Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day needs of the food production department
- Deliver necessary communication to ensure food cost goals and on-time delivery of finished product are guaranteed
- Carry out assigned work to ensure on-time delivery of finished product
- Manage multiple priorities and meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines
- Identify problematic areas and suggest solutions to Supervisors / Department Heads and Management
- Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulations while ensuring quality assurance and economical figures to fulfil the high-end food standards
- Support the effective leadership and motivation of the food production team
- Train new hires and ensure all training sessions are recorded
- Oversee labor hours and production hours
- Ensuring Production flow properly
- Hold team accountable to daily expectations
- Previous proven leadership experience managing more than 20 people
- Strong communication, computer literacy and communication skills
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible working hours
- Competitive Pay 50,000-60,000
