Responsibilities:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of DO&CO.

Responsibilities:
- Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment (plates, bowls, trays, silverware and more) by class and type into plastic bins.
- Wash/run all dirty equipment through the dishwashing machine
- Ensure temperature gauges are reading the correct temperatures
- Stack and sort clean equipment according to company specifications and moving all washed articles into the respective areas
- Clean drains and machines at end of shift and sanitize dishwashing machine and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Keep items separated, organized, and in good rotation
- Follow all company guidelines regarding cleaning and sanitation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Able to manage through a substantial workload
- Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
- Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
