We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing Talent Acquisition team supporting a large, well-established organization. This position is being hired on a contract basis with the intent of evaluating long-term fit, performance, and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for management, professional, and high-volume hiring needs
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition and sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, social media, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide consultative recruiting support
- Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
- Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring data to improve recruiting effectiveness and reduce time-to-fill
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Support college recruiting, internship programs, and talent pipeline initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO guidelines, company policies, and recruiting best practices
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and candidate experience initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources experience
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and implementing sourcing strategies
- Strong expertise using:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Indeed
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- AI-powered sourcing and recruiting tools
- Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and conducting advanced sourcing research
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred
- Experience recruiting within large corporate environments
- SHRM, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting certifications
- Experience training recruiters or supporting recruitment process improvements
- Experience leveraging recruiting automation and AI sourcing technologies
