We are looking for a sales-driven recruiter / business development professional who can bring in new clients and grow accounts within the staffing space.
This is a high-commission role ideal for someone who already has industry relationships or a book of business and wants to maximize earnings with strong backend support.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business and client relationships in staffing/recruitment
- Bring in and manage job orders and client accounts
- Work closely with our recruiting team to fill roles quickly and efficiently
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms
- Grow and manage your own book of business
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in staffing sales / business development / agency recruiting
- Ability to bring in new clients (this is key)
- Strong network in Engineering, IT, Finance, or similar industries preferred
- Proven track record in closing deals and generating revenue
- Self-starter mindset — this is a production-driven role
