A leading law firm in NYC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across the firm’s corporate business functions. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Marketing & Business Development, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal Support, and Administrative functions.
The ideal candidate is a strategic talent acquisition professional with experience recruiting within professional services, legal, or similarly fast-paced environments. This individual will possess exceptional relationship management skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a high-volume environment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and business services roles across the firm.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
- Source, identify, and engage high-caliber candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and external partnerships.
- Conduct intake meetings, candidate assessments, and behavioral interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage all aspects of the interview and offer process, including compensation discussions and negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with firm leadership and hiring managers across all business functions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring trends, market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm, professional services, financial services, or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for a broad range of corporate/business services functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
