Job Summary:
National Law Firm is searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support the firm’s law student and lateral hiring initiatives. This role works closely with the Legal Recruiting Manager to deliver a seamless and engaging recruiting experience while helping to build a strong pipeline of future talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the Legal Recruiting Manager to execute 1L and 2L recruiting programs
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, including communications with candidates and attorneys
- Support planning and execution of law school outreach and the summer associate program
- Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with reporting and analytics
- Act as a primary point of contact for search firms, candidates, and law school career services
- Assist in developing initiatives to enhance the firm’s presence and branding at target law schools
- Support lateral recruiting efforts by posting roles and coordinating all interview logistics
- Manage onboarding coordination, including scheduling and logistics for new hires
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support; legal industry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced
