What You'll Do:
- Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and court appearances
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop case strategy
- Handle multiple matters simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to thrive in a collaborative environment
