JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Cannabis Cultivation Technician 1
Department: Cultivation Department
Reports to: Cultivation Manager
Hourly: $ 16
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Duties as a cultivation technician 1 include growing plants and maintaining production schedules while helping to maintain greenhouse facilities and equipment.
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the greenhouse
- Monitor plant health and identify signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies
- Conduct regular maintenance of greenhouse systems and equipment
- Help to propagate and transplant clones, juveniles, or seedlings
- Perform manual labor, such as lifting heavy objects
- Other duties may be assigned
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Driver’s license or State ID card.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass all required background checks.
- Must remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must be approved by the DCR to receive an Agent badge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
$16 per hour
