A Cultivation Associate is a full-time entry-level position in which you will learn basic cultivation skills. This role gives you the opportunity to see multiple parts of the grow process and gain valuable experience. Pay is $15 an hour.

Shifts available:

· Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm

· Sunday - Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm

Daily job responsibilities may include:

· Assist with daily plant maintenance: irrigation, nutrition management, cloning, pruning, topping, training

· Clean/sanitize area and transplant plants at different growth stages to prepare them for the flowering stage

· Log and track plants across stages of growth in traceability software to ensure compliance and scheduling requirements are met

· Perform tasks related to sanitation, decontamination, propagation, transplantation, harvest, trimming, etc. in a highly productive and efficient manner to maximize yield

· Top, defoliate, and prune plants based on instructions provided by management

· Maintain appropriate biosecurity measures

· Manually and/or by cart transport waste to dumping area

· Maintain all equipment, tools, supplies and products throughout the work shift to make certain department is clean when management or regulatory agencies walk the property.

· Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner according to company objectives and SOPs

Job Requirements:

· Must be 21 or older

· Able to pass a comprehensive background check and obtain Agent ID card

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Reliable transportation year-round

· Must be organized and able to take direction

· Be a team player and work well with others

· Hardworking and able to flex as needed to various job duties

· Can sit or stand for extended periods of time

· Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds

· Knowledge of cannabis industry and applications a plus, but not required
