What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Packaging Technician position at DMS Facility Management LLC?
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Duties as a packaging support technician tier 1 include, but are not limited to, making and packaging cannabis products as well as assisting with labeling, weighing, sealing, and barcoding.
- Weighs and packages the product.
- Accurately count, record, and verify product or material as part of a daily task
- Makes joints and tracks production
- Ensures Inventory is accurate and barcoded correctly.
- Reports a low count to ensure the packaging activity can continue
- Other duties may be assigned
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Driver’s license or State ID card.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must pass all required background checks.
- Must remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Must be approved by the DCR to receive an Agent badge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
