We specialize on mega projects such as large event venues, infrastructure and education. What We Need:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts receivable and general ledger accounting
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliation
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as public accounting firms, for audits and tax filings
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience in office management or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and double-entry bookkeeping
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Quickbooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
