A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Qualifications:
To qualify for an IT Business Program Support Analyst your qualifications must include:A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Serve as an experienced contracting officer representative (COR) on information technology (supplies and service) contracts with overall responsibility for monitoring contractor performance for contract compliance, delivery schedules, payment provisions, data reporting and other contractual requirements.
- Possess exceptional analytical skills, demonstrated through the ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues and cost saving opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions within the contract management and acquisition process.
- Proficient in using DoW systems such as Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) application (SPM/JAM/WAWF/EDA), Enterprise Business System (EBS), Mission Partner Identity, Credential, and Access Management (MP ICAM), etc.
