A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Qualifications:
To qualify for a Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. - Leads various interdisciplinary project teams comprised of government and contractor personnel, to include Information Technology specialists, network and software engineers.
- Performs all life-cycle aspects of program management from design, development, systems engineering, integration, testing, configuration management, and operational fielding for the assigned project.
- Establishes and manages a project-level configuration management process that works in conjunction with an over-arching program-level portfolio process.
- Develops and executes system functionality and strategies to effectively meet the goals and vision of senior level management.
- Collects performance metrics and prepares cost, schedule and performance reports for and leads regularly scheduled in-process reviews (IPR) regarding the program.
