**Major Duties**
- Serves as senior Management and Program Analyst for DLA Disposition Services.
- Performs full studies and analysis to support Business Case Analysis (BCA) or Strategic Planning teams or to determine compliance with management practices and effective utilization of staff.
- Develops program related objectives, strategies, milestones, rules and procedures
- Compiles, coordinates, reviews, analyzes, maintains and disseminates management information data and statistics; identifies resources (human, capital, and natural) to support operations.
- Analyzes new or proposed legislation or regulations to determine impact on program operations and management
- Researches and investigates new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations, or for senior staff
- Analyzes statistical data from various information systems and compiles raw data sets into manageable and coherent data for senior and tactical level staff.
- Validates systems data processes to ensure operational functionality on reporting platforms for senior and tactical level staff.
- Identifies trends and anomalies of agency data application platforms to accurately report and forecast patterns within applicable information management systems.
- Provides oral and written reports, communications, and presentations to supervisory and senior and tactical level staff.
