Warehouse Associate – Lab Supplies

We are hiring Warehouse Associate – Lab Supplies to support day-to-day laboratory and warehouse operations at a large onsite facility in West Chester Township, Ohio. This is a hands-on role suited for candidates who enjoy organized, detail-oriented work and are comfortable working in a lab or warehouse environment.
Available Shifts
- First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
This is a fully onsite position. Relocation assistance is not available.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare laboratory kits for shipment
- Receive, store, and organize materials and supplies
- Print labels and assist with labeling activities
- Track inventory levels and check expiration dates
- Help maintain accurate records using computer systems
- Follow written procedures and quality guidelines
- Support daily operations and assist team members as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse, lab, production, or logistics role is helpful
- Comfortable using computers for basic data entry and tracking
- Able to follow detailed instructions and standard procedures
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Onsite lab and warehouse setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working around laboratory materials and equipment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
