- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, policy documentation, and benefits administration
- Educate clients on insurance regulations, coverage options, and claim processes to ensure clarity and confidence
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality and meet sales targets

Experience
- Proven experience with a focus on insurance or financial services preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively

- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate solutions
