We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and helping people protect what matters most. This role is approximately 60% customer service and 40% sales, making it ideal for someone who excels at both servicing existing clients and identifying opportunities to provide additional value.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional service to existing policyholders by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims guidance, and coverage reviews.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products.
• Generate quotes, follow up on leads, and help grow the agency.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with a positive, team-oriented office.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience is required.
• Property & Casualty License preferred (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Life & Health License is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Sales experience and a passion for helping customers are highly valued.
