We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to support our daily accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working with financial data, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. This role will focus on bookkeeping functions, financial record maintenance, and general administrative support.
Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and transaction management.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare invoices, review billing information, and help ensure timely payments.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial files and documentation.
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, reporting, and office coordination tasks.
- Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding billing or administrative matters.
- Support general office operations as needed.
Requirements
- Previous bookkeeping, accounting support, or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and financial records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional references required.
