Dizario Search is partnered with an industry leading $1B ( ) manufacturing organization in the Greenville, NC area, seeking a Senior Manager of Product & Process Engineering for their growing site. In this role, you will focus on driving improvements in manufacturing process's, cost, product management, and product launch initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Work with internal engineering leadership teams to develop plans & resources to drive project deadlines and ensure business goals.
- Attend category planning sessions to support assigned category initiatives as established by senior leadership.
- Oversee process development for new product launch. Ensure process's created are stable, capable, and reliable.
- Lead trials for new process and product development. Train internal team members on new process's as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- 5 ( ) years of product and process engineering experience within fast paced manufacturing.
- Background in quality systems standards as applied to process and product engineering.
- Previous project management experience is required for this role.
