Front Line Supervisor
Summary
Dizario Search is working with a client in the Tupelo area looking to add to their growing team. This person will lead a production team to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and develop production employees.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor production schedules and performance.
- Enforce safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain production records, reports, timecards, and attendance.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of safety, quality control, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and JD Edwards experience preferred.
- Ability to read measurements, use measurement tools, and lift up to 50 pounds.
