Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management processes and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
- Perform internal audits and support external customer and regulatory audits.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- U.S. citizenship is required to comply with U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.
- 3 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace experience preferred).
- Working knowledge of AS9100 quality standards and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
